Operating any industrial process has its hazards and risks. It is imperative for all employers to have a safe working environment, safe working methods and to reduce risk.

ATEX/DSEAR

Operational provide Atex (in UK DSEAR) surveys and gap analysis.
We can provide process risk assessments and Hazop studies.
Operational can evaluate the risks and hazards when integrating systems such as printing press exhaust streams to environmental abatement equipment.
Operational provide engineered solutions to minimise these risks.

Operational evaluate explosion relief requirements, design relief systems to recognised standards, and install explosion relief panels to our own bespoke design.

Solvent Monitoring (LEL)

Operational design and install gas and solvent vapour monitoring systems to measure LEL (lower explosion limit). Often we use these measurements to pro-actively control the process to prevent explosive mixtures forming and to provide controlled and safe shut down alarms where necessary.

Our approach is to provide intelligent solutions that will provide improvement of the over all process performance and address particular safety requirements that have been identified.
